- We require a credit card on file to hold an appointment slot. You will not be charge at the time of scheduling.
- We require AT LEAST 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling an appointment or consultation.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 24 hours prior to an appointment or consultation, there will be a 100$ fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- After two no-shows or cancellations you will no longer be able to book an appointment with us. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you can understand why this policy is in place.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment or consultation we will be unable to accommodate you, and will result in forfeiting your appointment.
- Non-refundable deposits are required for ALL SATURDAY appointments ONLY. This is in place to decrease the amount of weekend no-shows. If you no-show or cancel your Saturday appointment, your deposit is non-fundable and you will accrue a 100$ fee. There are zero exceptions to this policy. Deposit amount varies based on the service booked.
- We choose a mild approach when dosing neurotoxins. Therefore, on some occasions a touch-up may be needed for additional units. Neurotoxin touch-ups are NOT free. Payment will be due at time of service.
